Clients brief: A groundfloor rear extension to create a large family room area, with a small terrace. 

Clients brief: Ground floor rear extension creating larger family room with small terrace.

Clients brief: Existing farm house and out buildings converted to a six bedroom luxary house. Outbuildings converted to form garage and demolished to form additional parking space. Also creating a large private courtyard area for the client. 

 

Clients brief: To convert existing stable into a single bed bungalow. Many problems could have occurred due to the property being located on a greenbelt area, however planning permission is immanent. 

Designs

Clients brief: A groundfloor rear extension, in order to create a large additional family room. A loft conversion was also proposed to create another bedroom. 

Clients brief: The aspiration of this terrace property was to create a space on the ground floor rear to enlarge the kitchen and the dinning room. Due to a creeping boundry, meaning there is not a straught partitian between the property, problems could arise. However, the clients wishes were achieved by extending the ground floor by 3 metres. 

A room in the roof was also created by construcing a flat roof dorma.

Clients brief: to make use of the corner plot as much as possible a large ground floor garage created a ample room for two cars above this at first floor level a large lounge area with two dormas allowing us to convert the rooms space for two more bedrooms.

Clients brief: Plot of land purchased by client without planning permission. The clients request was to maximise the potential for profit. This has been achieved by creating a groundfloor two bedroom flat and a first floor/ second floor maisonette. 

Clients brief: Clients request for existing bungalow to have larger kitchen and family room. This was achieved with a groundfloor rear extension and general redesign of interior.
